  1. To be in charge of the application for research projects from National Science Committee and Ministry of Education.
    　
  2. Promote the cooperation between industry and academics so that the academic research can meet the need of industry.
    　
  3.  To be in charge of all sorts of teacher training sponsored by Ministry of Education in both Public and Private Institutes.
    　
  4. Help the faculty members join the certificate-gaining training and obtain various certificates of second-degree technicians.
    　
  5. Encourage the faculty members to apply for all kinds of research projects, and hold programs, such as “Reading Association”, “R&D Center of Expertise”, to upgrade the research capability.
    　
  6. Promote the international cooperation and interaction through the establishment of sister-school relationship with other foreign colleges and universities.
